By registering on ErrorPulse.io, you agree to our Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy ErrorPulse.io do store data provided by you and your application/website to provide service to you.
We do not have restrictions on registration on any criteria for now, but ErrorPulse.io holds all the rights to delete a user's account if it doesn't abide by the terms and conditions stated in this document.
Account Deletion requests can be sent to the Admin via the Contact page , after successful verification of the request, we will initiate the deletion of account, and it's associated data
All the data related to your account, which is your user data(provided by OAuth service through which you Login) and your data related to your all application like errors, metrics and all, will be erased completely from our server within 7 days of request verification and after that you will receive comfirmation email
We hold all the rights and can reject the deletion request if the data needs to be retained for security and legal reasons.
As of now, we do not have a Paid Plan Cancellation policy. Under certain circumstances, we do accept the cancellation requests (for example: bought a paid plan on multiple accounts).

We are committed to serving our users with the best experience possible. We are trying to work on the availability and stability, and we are aiming to achieve uptime over 99.9%.
This does not include the planned downtimes required for security fixes, system upgrades, performance improvements, and product updates.
ErrorPulse.io is not responsible for any damage caused to your service in-case of the Downtime or interruption of the service at our end.
Note: we do not commit any uptime numbers as of now.
As of now, we do not have an option in place to cancel the paid plan. Plan once bought cannot be cancelled.
Under certain circumstances, we might help you cancel your plan and refund but it completely depends on the scenario.
Pricing or the payment you do is for currently available feature/service, we do not promise for any beta(under development) feature to be guarantee provide in future.
Note: we do not commit any uptime numbers as of now.
We hold all the rights to ban or delete an account including the data, if abuse or intention of disturbing of our service is detected
